I'm glad you're here...

Yoga is an ancient practice with layered physical, emotional and spiritual applications. Many people, myself included, begin with a physical asana practice. 

....Magic happens when linking mindful movements with breath.

Hey Y'all! ! More about Me...

I'm (she/her) currently residing in Charlotte, NC. I began practicing yoga in a Baptiste Vinyasa studio, over a decade ago. My practice continues to change as I evolve and learn.

I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training at Elemental Moon Yoga School (Grace Milsap) in 2022. I'm a practicing Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, which informs my sequencing of poses. I enjoy understanding how the body works in theory and playing with how that translates into the feeling of movement.

Yoga has been transformative in my life. My mat is always a safe landing space, even when what I may need changes from day to day. My goal is to offer asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathwork) that encourage moving into a deeper understanding - maybe of self, emotion, power or rest.

 

I support each individual's decisions in how they show up in breathwork and movement.  Some students may want to create ease and others may want to create more challenge, in either of these scenarios I highly encourage props to support you.

 

I enjoy playing with various breathing techniques, noting the affects the body, mind, emotion, spirit and the pose. Pranayama is the limb of yoga which translates most easily for me off the mat. I'd like to share my journey with you and encourage you on yours.

I am an adventurous spirit constantly seeking wonderment. When I'm not on the mat you can find me outdoors - playing tennis, reading or traveling.
